Its parent company, Zhongnan Red Culture Group Co., Ltd., was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in July 2010, becoming the first publicly listed company in China's industrial metal pipe fittings industry. In 2021, with the strategic investment of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the company became a state-owned enterprise under Jiangyin Xinguolian Holdings. The company currently has a registered capital of 690,000,000 RMB and covers an area of 360,000 square meters.

The main products of the company are: series of pipe fittings, flanges and extension products made of various materials of butt welding and forging, and pressure vessel products of tower, reaction, heat exchange, tank, and the manufacturing and processing of the four/six major pipelines and pipe fittings for power plants, with an annual production capacity of over 100,000 tons and complete specifications (DN15 - DN3000), which can be produced according to various standards and drawings provided by customers. The company is based on the existing petroleum and petrochemical, shipbuilding industry in addition to the main sales, focus on cutting into the production and sales of new energy, electricity pipeline, marine engineering equipment products and other emerging industries.

The company has about 1,400 sets of advanced equipment and has established a perfect production testing laboratory according to national laboratory standards. Among them, the pipe fitting workshop includes 5000T four-column hydraulic press, medium frequency pushing machine (DN1400), elbow cold forming machine (DN700), tee cold extrusion machine (DN500) and corresponding supporting processing equipment, environmental protection pickling facilities, etc. The flange workshop is equipped with 2m CNC ring rolling machine, gas forging furnace and loading and unloading machine, 750KG, 1000KG, 2000KG air hammer and 1250mm vertical ring rolling machine as the main free forging production line and corresponding metal processing equipment. Pressure vessel workshop has 29m*7.3m*8.5m large table heat treatment furnace, supporting processing center, CNC lathe, various welding equipment, 5m CNC vertical crane and 300 tons crane crane and other large equipment. The Linjiang dock near the company is a special dock for the development of our company, which can directly load and transport large equipment of 9m in diameter and 80m in length, weight up to 1000 tons.
