On 31st January, 2024, Jiangyin Zhongnan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. held the 2024 annual work conference and 2023 annual summary commendation meeting. Xu Weiguo, General Manager of Zhongnan Red Culture Group Co., Ltd, Bu Zhongping, Chairman of Jiangyin Zhongnan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, Liang Lili, Executive Vice General Manager, Yao Jianqiang, Vice General Manager, Jin Yanping, Vice General Manager, Zhu SiFu, Financial Controller, leaders of all departments of the company, and representatives of the advanced participated in the conference.

Yao Jianqiang, deputy general manager of the company, read out the "Decision on Commending 2023 Advanced Collectives and Advanced Individuals", and the leaders of the company presented awards to "Outstanding Contributors", "Rationalisation Advanced Individuals", "Advanced Individuals ", "advanced team (advanced construction team)", "advanced department (workshop)" were awarded, encouraging the honoured collectives and individuals to give full play to their exemplary leading role in the future work. Holding the heavy gold medals, the advanced representatives delivered their acceptance speeches one by one. "As long as there is one hundred per cent hope, we have to put in one hundred per cent effort", Xu Yaqin, the winner of Outstanding Contributor, shared the perseverance on the sales road. "As long as you pay attention, there is gold everywhere", Hong Tinglan, the representative of the rationalisation advanced individual, encouraged all the staff to make suggestions for the development of the company through the channel of rationalisation suggestions. Representatives spoke sincerely and enthusiastically, in addition to thanking the company for the affirmation given, but also promised to always maintain a high morale and full of enthusiasm in their workplaces to shine.

Liang Lili, the executive vice president of the company, made the annual work report of 2023, and one bright data showed the achievements gained in the whole year, which realised a jump in profit and reached a record high since the establishment of the plant.

Bu Zhongping, Chairman of Zhongnan Heavy Industry, made a detailed arrangement for the work in 2024, and explained in depth the company's work policy of "exploring the market and scrambling for orders; fine management and strengthening implementation; innovation and excellence, enhancing the brand; and striving against the trend and climbing to new heights". Mr Bu cited the evidence and encouraged all the new Zhongnan people to take out the passion to work without whips and the ambition to set off again to successfully complete the annual objectives and tasks.

Xu Weiguo, general manager of Zhongnan Hong Culture Group Co., Ltd. not only affirmed the achievements of the company in 2023, but also put forward higher requirements for 2024, pointing out the direction of endeavour for all cadres and staff, expecting a new atmosphere and a new journey, and achieving a new leap in 2024.
